White Sauce Pasta Recipe With Homemade White Sauce


Pasta is one of the mouth watering dish loved by all age people. white sauce pasta is generally cooked with lot of cheese and vegetables. some people doesn't like to eat this because of cheese and fat. Today we will add some twist while cooking pasta without cheese but creamier in taste with lots of vegetables and nutritious. We will use oats and milk to make lightly spiced, aromatic and  creamier fresh white pasta sauce and add flex seeds to give nutty flavors. Let's start cooking and enjoy the healthy white sauce pasta without cheese but creamier in taste.

Ingredients

For The Pasta1 cup whole wheat pasta
1/2 tsp olive oil
4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt

For The Sauce2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tbsp oats flour mixed in 3/4 cup cold milk
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup thinly sliced Red capsicum
1/4 cup thinly sliced green capsicum
1/4 cup blanched broccoli florets
1/4 cup grated carrot
salt to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1tbsp black olives (Optional)
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

Method:

1. Boil 4 cup of water, 1/2 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp salt into deep pan to cook raw pasta. Add 1 cup whole wheet past into boiling water for 10-12 minutes on medium flame. Boil until it cooked but not very soft. 

2. Transfer cooked pasta into strainer and drain the water.

3. While Pasta is cooking heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and add chopped green and red capcicum, carrot, brocoly, onion and salt. saute them for 2-3  minutes utill vegetables are cokked but still crucnhy. Turn off the flame and transfer them into plate.

4. Now we will prepare the white sauce. Heat 1 tbsp oil into pan on high and add garlic and suate for 30 sec.

5. Now add 1tbsp oats flour mixed in 3/4 cup of milk and stir well. cook it for 2-3 mins on full flame. Now simmer the flame and cook for 3-4 min while stiring till it thicken.

6. Add 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp chili flake and black pepper to taste and mix well. 

7. Add suate vegetable and cooked paste and mix well and turn off the flame. 

8. Our white suace pasta is ready to serve. plate it and garnish, and serve hot.
